Object To move all the cards to the foundations. Layout and play At game start, the four Aces are dealt to the four piles at the top and become the base cards for the foundations. Foundations (4 piles) Build in ascending sequence and in suit (for example, a 2 on an A ) from Ace to King. Tableau (16 fans of 3 cards each, called "Trefoils") Build in descending sequence and in suit (for example, a 4 on a 5 ). The top card of each fan can be played on the foundations or on another tableau fan. Only one card at a time can be played. Spaces can't be filled. Redeal button Two redeals are allowed. At each redeal, all the cards from the tableau are reshuffled.
